Delivery Locations 

We proudly deliver to all regions within India. Our logistics partners work diligently to reach even the most remote areas. While our current operations are limited to domestic locations, we are constantly working on future enhancements to broaden our delivery network. 

Order Handling and Estimated Timelines 

Once your order is placed, our team begins processing it within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and national holidays. After confirmation, we send you a notification via email detailing your purchase and the expected delivery timeline. Depending on your region, delivery typically takes between 3 to 8 business days. 

When Delivery Encounters Issues 

In case delivery cannot be completed—due to reasons such as incorrect address information, unavailability at the delivery location, or rejection of the parcel—our courier partner will make additional attempts to deliver. If all delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the parcel is returned to our facility. Should you wish to request re-delivery, please note that an extra shipping fee may be applicable. 

Handling Damaged or Undelivered Parcels 

Our team takes great care to ensure that each order is securely packed. However, if you receive a damaged item, please inform us within 48 hours of receipt. Kindly provide clear images of the issue to help us resolve it swiftly. If a package is lost in transit, we will investigate the matter with our delivery partner and offer either a replacement or an appropriate resolution based on the situation. 

Special Notes for Certain Products 

Some items, especially those involving delicate fabrics or bundled garments, may require specific handling instructions. Any such details will be clearly indicated on the respective product pages to keep you informed before placing your order.
