Eligibility for Cancellation 

Orders are processed swiftly to ensure timely delivery. As a result, cancellation is only possible if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order enters the packing or dispatch stage, it can no longer be canceled. We advise reaching out as early as possible if you wish to make any changes or cancel your order. 

Please note the following exceptions: 

Customized or Personalized Products: These items cannot be canceled once production has started, as they are tailored specifically for you. 
 

Orders with Promotional Pricing: Certain offers or discounted items may follow different cancellation terms, which will be indicated at the time of purchase.

Steps to Cancel Your Order

Refund Procedure for Canceled Orders 

Upon successful cancellation, we will initiate the refund to your original mode of payment. Most refunds are processed within a few business days, though the exact time may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider. You will be notified once the refund is initiated, and our team will be available to assist in case you need further updates or clarification.
